NAPFA!!!! finally over... its proven tat obviously i am getting old... ha... here are my results :]

Sit & Reach - 50cm
Chin up per 30s - 12 pulls
Shuttle run - 9.2secs
Sit ups per minute - 65 sit ups
Standing broad jump - 2.50m
2.4km run - 9 mins flat
i deprove in certain areas like 2.4 run, sit n reach but the rest are all good.. i guess its time to exercise moreeeeeeee ohgay..... tats all i got for today... bye bye....
